Do they have one? Is it current? Look for actions around hiring, mentoring, cultural leave, and supporting community.

Do they advertise Aboriginal-identified or targeted roles? That shows they’re making space for mob in meaningful positions.

Do their job ads mention cultural capability, values, or partnerships with Indigenous communities – or is it all generic?
